Garden Witch Hat Decorating Party

At the beginning of 2025, life felt boring and filled with mundane tasks. I became inspired to re-seek the magic in life and created a beautiful and unique witch hat! I fell in love with the process and want to share this energy of reclaiming the magic of life with others! This Party is my invite to you to join in on the fun!


When: June 28th from 5pm to 7pm

Where: Jar The Zero Waste Store ~ 127 W. Main Street, Somerset, Pa 15501

Price: $90/person (Bring a friend and SAVE! Buy 2 or more tickets together and pay $85/person)

Who’s this for: Adults who want to enjoy a fun-themed evening of joy, laughter, and sisterhood! (please let me know if you wish to bring anyone under the age of 18.)

Light refreshments and herbal tea will be provided.

Vin De Matrix wine will be available but is NOT included (wine at an additional cost paid directly to Jar).



Description:

Calling all magical souls!

Don’t miss your chance to create a one-of-a-kind Garden themed Witch Hat!

You will choose one solid fabric and one patterned fabric by May 4th. This creates a reversible hat with a wire-lined brim. Also, decide if you want interfacing to keep it pointed, or without to allow for a floppy top. Then I will hand-craft your designed hat before the event on June 28th.

During the party, you are invited to experience a magical and joyful evening, filled with creativity and sisterhood! Have some light refreshments included! Vin De Matrix wine will be available for purchase through Jar during the event.

You will receive your hand-crafted garden witch hat upon arrival and follow with a “blessing of the hats” as a group.

Then, you will explore different decorative laces, florals, brooches, beads, and more to design a unique and beautiful hat!

All decorative pieces will be available to you and other participants to create and are included. You choose to permanently secure your decoration to one side of your hat, or create a removable decorative piece to keep your hat reversible.

All hats will be created to have a 24 inch circumference. This will allow for a variety of hairstyles to be worn or wigs for costumes. You may also use a safety pin to “shrink” the opening to fit your head more securely.

The hat’s brim is 20 inches in diameter, making for great sun hat protection!

There MUST BE a minimum of 10 participants to host this event at Jar.

Maximum seating of 25 participants.

You may pay via cash, check, PayPal, or Venmo to reserve your space(s).

Price: $90/person (or save by buying 2+ and pay $85/person!)

You will receive a link to a Google form after prepaying to choose your fabrics. If you purchase more than one spot, you will fill out the form for the number of participants and add each individual’s name to the form for their hat design!

Pointed or Floppy

You may want to always display your inner witchy-ness, or perhaps you want more of a subtle-magic vibe. Choose between having your hat interfaced or not.

Note: Individual fabrics may vary in stiffness and will effect level of floppiness.


These are Beautiful, but…

Hey, I get it. Not everyone will resonate with these beautiful fabrics. If you’ve got more of a dark night of the soul vibe, check back for my “Midnight Witch Hat” Decorating Party! Similar party style, but with darker color options and more Halloween prints available.

You can also send me a request to be notified when event spots are available! The 25 maximum number of participants will be in effect for this event, too.

Refund Policy For This Event

All participants that have prepaid for their spot will be refunded after May 4th ~ if the minimum requirement of 10 participants is NOT met by May 4th. Registered Participants will be notified once the minimum is met, then:

Participants have 48 hours after payment or upon receiving the “minimum requirement met” notification to cancel their reserved spot. After the initial notification of the minimum requirement being met, no further notifications will be sent if the minimum remains 10 or greater. Participants will then be kept to a 48 hours after payment cancelation for a refund and must contact Tiffany directly within that time. (You may not receive a response within the 48 hour window, but I will honor your cancellation and refund if you have notified me appropriately within that window.)

Life happens! In the event that something urgent comes up beyond May 4th and you cannot attend the in-person event, you may still receive your hat once it is completed. You can request for it to be decorated by Tiffany and set up a pickup date. You will receive a partial refund of $25-$30 (based on if you pay $85 or $90 for your reservation spot.)
