Holistic Health Consultations

Holistic health consulting is all about the client, their current experiences and environment assessment, troubles/worries/traumas, desired outcomes, relationships, and more. A whole-being approach to your current health, goals, and steps I can guide you through to achieve Optimal Wellness. Using my skills as a nurse, I will assess and take a deep dive into the root cause of your current experience to create a personalized plan with you.
Note: 90 min initial session required for follow-up appointments AND every three months if less than one follow-up appointment is attended.
Full Well-Being Treatment

Using energetic and discussion-based techniques to assess the current emotional, physical, and environmental aspects of your Well-Being. This service combines unique HEAL Reiki techniques with intuitive reading. I will help you relax, discover, and balance your wellness in all areas of life.

Intuitive of Medium Reading
$55 | 50 min
An energetic and discussion-based technique to assess your current emotional, physical, and environmental aspects of your life. I will share any images, messages, and areas of focus highlighted during this assessment. This is an open-ended, spiritually-based guided reading service and/or mediumship reading to connect with spirits no longer Earth-bound.
There is no guarantee that specific questions will be answered (for example: “When will I get a new job that will make me happy?”). Nor is there a guarantee that the spirit you want to talk to will show up during your reading.
Reiki
$45 | 40 min
An intuitive energy healing technique based on the ancient Japanese Reiki Energy healing techniques. I incorporate my own special energy healing techniques in compliment to the Reiki energy to achieve the most unique and positive outcome for my clients.
Reiki is also a wonderful relaxation and rebalancing service.
